Pawley's Bunker 3Bedroom, 3Bath True Blue Condo

Stay in this completely updated, 3 bed 3 bath 2nd floor condo with all the comforts of home. Come to golf or enjoy the award-winning Pawleys Island beaches nearby. Splash in one the True Blue Resort pools or hot tubs, play tennis or pickleball onsite, or just enjoy the view from the screened balcony overlooking the golf course. All 3 beds are comfortable and the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. You will be able to relax and focus on your golf game or beach vacation!

3 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom. You do have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the private entrance door. Washer & dryer is available in the unit. There is no one on the floor above, so you won't have to listen to anyone walking above you! We offer keyless door entry so no registration when you arrive and 2 parking passes for 2 parking spots.

*Dog friendly for an additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

Golf Get Away

The property is a perfect location for golfing in Pawley's Island area. Multiple courses and restaurants all within 10 minutes. It was clean has a nice 2nd floor deck looking out over the golf course and a pond.

Lovely upstairs unit condo. Very clean. Feels newly remodeled or freshly painted. Bedrooms are spacious and have privacy - two bedrooms are separated by bathroom/closet space in between; third bedroom is entirely separate at front of unit. Beds are comfy. I've stayed at this neighborhood before. It is quiet and woodsy and there is no traffic noise. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and self-check-in with door code was a breeze.

Family Union

We were staying in the area for a family reunion. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The screened in porch was lovely and overlooked the golf course, trees and a small lake. Communication with the manager was excellent. She was very nice and accommodating. The only problem we had was with the cable tv. The online listing advertised YouTube tv, but it required a video to get it running. It would also be helpful to have nightlights for the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay in Pawley's Island

We had a short weekend trip to the beach. The condo was exactly what we needed. Check-in was super easy, and the place was spotless. It was a good location for getting to everything around there, but nice and quiet at night. This is our fourth stay in this complex - different unit each time. All have been good, but this was my favorite.

Golf Trip

The condo we stayed in was perfect for 3 guys staying for a short golf trip. Could squeeze 4, if one person does not mind sleeping in couch. The condo was very clean, and close to a few of our favorite golf courses.

Photos are accurate except there is a new (larger) table that seats 6. Kitchen was well stocked - I cooked dinner several nights and found all the utensils, etc that I needed. Beautiful view, very relaxing to sit on the screened in porch any time of day.

A Lovely Place to Stay

We would happily come back again. Very clean and well maintained. Good communication from manager. Clever layout that gives each bedroom some privacy and its own bathroom. Charming view from the balcony. Comfortable beds. We were there late December and the heater kept us nice and cozy. The building was pretty quiet during that time.

Perfect attention to details!

What a great place to stay so convenient to everything, so quiet and peaceful and everything you need at your fingertips. They were so accommodating and even let us check in two hours early everything was immaculate and pristine.
