This beautiful small cottage is ideal for an unforgettable vacation in beautiful nature. Decorated and equipped as in a ?picture book?, it remains in constant memory. Here children can play carefree. During your vacation you can visit the museum of Nikola Tesla, the source of the river Gacka or you can try the specialty of this area: grilled trout. On the common property there is a common large arbor with grill, where you can prepare specialties for your loved ones. The owner will welcome you with a welcome drink and local specialties. For common use with cottages CKB294 and CKB296 there is a pool with sundeck, as well as offers for children such as playhouse, sandbox, seesaw and swing, 8 bicycles for adults, a net for badminton/volleyball, a gazebo with barbecue, an outbuilding on two floors with entertainment such as table tennis, table soccer, projector with screen for possible presentations, billiards and also a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Quiet location
Nice modern, small scale and off grid. In the middle of the woods. Very quiet and private. Nice pool and playroom for kids (and adults). Beautiful surroundings and a couple of nice excursions to be done in the surroundings (about one hour drive to several nice sites). We are a family with three small children. If you like quiet, this is a very nice place.
