We know you have many options to rent in Boyne city so we try to go above and beyond your expectations. We started the rental in 2015 and have many repeat customers.. What you will enjoy about our rental is that it is strictly a rental. No personal pictures or belongings. Many customers feel as if this house is their cottage in Boyne city and return year after year. This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a great location with Central Air. Located a few blocks to the marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Mountain(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has a nice yard and is very family friendly. It has a mudroom on both entrances to the house to hold your skis, shoes etc. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), an outdoor deck and grill.
Boaters welcome!! The driveway is plenty big enough for your boat & trailer, and extra vehicles. There is also parking behind the garage. We’ve had 50 ft cigarette boats in the driveway for Boyne Thunder. We also own a 1 bedroom apartment just around the corner(1 min walk). It has been totally renovated as of July 2020 and is now available to rent. It is very cute and has excellent reviews. Please inquire for availability.
We have a strict no pet policy but there are some great kennels in the area that you can give your pet a vacation also. “Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey

It was a nice house. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for my three grandkids to play. The kitchen had all we needed. Wish we could’ve used the fire pit but time wasn’t on our side. Would stay again and especially for that price.

We loved our stay at this house! It was a perfect location — close to town, the state park for the beach, and to the Avalanche Preserve overlook. It fit our family of four perfectly, and we were able to bike to town easily or make the couple minute drive. Tim was an excellent host, answering a question we had quickly. We hope to return in the future! It was our first time to Boyne City, and we loved it!

Great Location!

The beds were comfortable, and the property was well stocked! We used the BBQ grill and enjoyed several games of cards at the large dining table. The owners of the property thought of everything; dice games, cornhole, cards, games, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods! We had everything we needed. The property owner also stopped by to ensure we didn't have any issues or questions. Excellent location near Young State Park, Avalanche Hill, Boyne Mountain, the local farmers market and my fave restaurant, Cafe Sante. Great backyard to enjoy a campfire,

Improv Ski Trip

This place is awesome! We lobed the location, easy drive to Boyne Mountain, our attraction for the weekend. Super close to grocery and provisions. Space was clean, felt very comfortable, bedrooms smartly utilized, and stocked with all essentials. Everything functioned as expected. We will plan on staying again in future. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Good snowboarding stay

Everything was as described, comfortable beds and nice place . Only about a 5-10 minute ride to hit the slopes. Easy to get to and comfortable place. Stayed Friday to Sunday, had a great time

Great place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Biyne Mountain

Great home in a convenient location near downtown Boyne City/Lake Charlevoix. We had a little snafu when the water heater failed, bu tour host had this replaced and repaired within 24 hours. We were very comfortable with our stay.

Convenient but not clean

This is close to hiking trails, Boyne mountain and water parks, so it's great if you plan to be away most of the time. The owner did come by and gave us a recommendation for where to find fall colors and seem to be a really nice guy. But the house was not great. First thing you will notice is a lingering cigarette smell that is noticable for the entire stay. There was crusted food on some of the "clean" utensils. There was a dirty dish in the microwave. The ottoman in the living room had someone's dirty underwear in it, we didn't open it again after that discovery. The bathroom on the main floor had mold on the ceiling and the glass light fixture was cracked significantly. The comforters on the beds had stains on them. There was something that looked like dried vommit in the gravel in the driveway. It is strange the stark contrast between my experience and the other experiences detailed about this property. We did stay the whole 3 days we'd booked and look back on it as a fun vacation.

Our stay was ok. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. The refrigerator was very dirty, crumbs, sticky messes and leftover food from other folks. There was vomit, dried up in the driveway. I am allergic to cigarette smoke
 some areas seem to smell like “stale”smoke. Very dusty
.just minimum cleaning if any done
like changing sheets. It was a quiet neighborhood, close to activities, easy to get to places. Just work on the cleaning!!!
