This is an older property, but it is well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. The hotel is very clean, all areas of it. The rooms are large, roomy, and clean, especially the bathrooms. One of the most important comments we can make about this property is that it is very close, and we mean close, to all major museums and attractions, walking distance. My wife and I travel to Brazil at least twice per year, and we decided that in our March trip, we will come back to Petropolis, and without a doubt we will be staying again in this hotel.

Lamentavel nossa experiencia desta vez neste hotel. Esxolhemos por.ele após algumas estadias anteriroes . Mas desta vez nao deu . Pedidmoa check out antes da data programada . Alias desde o.check in divergencias ja foram acontecendo . Faço votos que seja restaurado rudo que se precisa nos apartamentos para ser justo a hospedagem ao valor cobrado aos hospedes . Os colaboradores Vinicius , Ana , Raquel e Bruna ate tentaram nos acomodar de uma.maneira justa mas os.apartamemtos oferecidos precusam de uma.manutenção . Uns cheiram gas de cozinha , outro não tem ar funciomando , outro sem agua estavionamento não disponivel (apesar de ter ) . E assim foi !

No anúncio indicava estacionamento, no hotel fui informado que estacionamento somente se disponível, por terem poucas vagas, o carro teria de ficar na rua. A Internet não pega nos quartos, as Televisão não tem canal a cabo. Só pega 4 canais com imagem ruim cheia de chuvisco. Minha avaliação é negativa. Uma vez que comprei um produto e me foi entregue outro. O atendimento no primeiro dia, no Check-in foi muito ruim. Posterior melhorou um pouco. Não tinha toalhas para banho no quarto. Eu pedi as toalhas assim que cheguei. Só levaram no outro dia.

Ja havia me hospedado no hotel em outras ocasiões, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, o quarto estava com traças, muitos mosquitos e o banheiro estava mau limpo (ex.: o lugar de colocar o shampoo estava completamente sujo com uma poeira escura que parecia não ser limpo ha um bom tempo). Os interfones não funcionavam e para conseguir fronhas limpas para os travesseiros precisamos ligar para recepção do telefone externo, as roupas de cama além de estarem com mau cheiro estavam encardidas. Infelizmente esta do longe do padrão que o hotel tinha ha alguns anos atrás. Não compensa o valor que custa e torna a experiência muito desagradável.

Quarto amplo, bonito,mas cama dura e prox. Da rua...dava para ouvir pedestres e moradores de rua falando, alem de carros, onibus etc... janela fechada,mas sem vedacao de barulho. Estacionamento... privado,mas os manobristas estao sempre bem.enrolados ou "voando" as vezes demoram quase uma hora para guardar um veiculo. Recepcionista se irrita quando tentamos resolver a situacao do carro direto no estacionamento,mesmo ciente dos problwmas com os funcionários. Estava soiznha com bagagem pesada e não tive nenhuma ajuda.

Bom hotel no centro de Petrópolis

O hotel fica bem localizado no centro de Petropólis, pertinho da Rua Teresa, tem camas grandes nos quartos, limpo com banheiro enorme e agua quente com frigobar abastecido para consumo. O café da manhã era bem farto. O único problema é que não tem como pedir nenhum snacks ou sanduíche pois a cozinha não funciona. Não ofereciam sucos ou mates para comprar no frigobar tb.

A Estrutura do hotel é boa, porém o quarto estava com um cheiro ruim, tinha apenas 01 funcionário na recepção, pra atender quem chegava, guardar o carro etc, e na segunda noite, nosso carro dormiu na rua, porque as vagas do estacionamento, que era do outro lado da rua, tinham acabado e segundo o funcionário, o dono disse que não se responsabilizaria, o café da manha também não era muito bom.

O preço da diária não é barato…algo acima de 500,00. A gestão é familiar, não tem pessoas capacitadaa para atendimento, apenas 1 pessoa para fazer check-in, check out, ver disponibilidade de apartamentos disponíveis, ver estacionamento…levamos 1h30 para fazer o check in…isso não existe! A roupa de cama não foi trocada, não tinha sabonete, papel higiênico…um verdadeiro caos!! Nunca mais volto neste hotel, nem de graça!!
