"I confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The only good thing about the place is the location. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Krabi, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Here is a breakdown of why this stay was so frustrating: - Misleading "Sea View" Rooms: I booked a sea view room specifically for the scenery, but calling it a "sea view" is a massive stretch. You can barely see the water unless you lean out the balcony and twist your neck left, and it certainly doesn't live up to the premium price or the marketing photos. - Insufferable Noise Levels: Sleep is nearly impossible here. There is a nightclub directly across the road that blasts music late into the night. To make matters worse, the room doors are equipped with loud alarms that trigger if they aren't shut perfectly. If a guest down the hall or across from you doesn't slam their door shut, you’ll be listening to a piercing alarm all night. - Dismissive Management: When I brought these issues to the staff, the lack of accountability was stunning. Management showed zero concern for the guest experience and flatly refused any form of compensation or resolution except moving me to a different room a few nights later. They only seemed to be concerned when I showed them my complaint to the Thai consumer affairs board. They also said they would remove some of the pool bar purchases from my bill and as expected this didn't happen. Overall, the combination of a loud enviro"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Blusotel in Krabi. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance and plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the food served around the pool was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. A great hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again."

"Ett unikt, vackert och mysigt ställe som vi verkligen gillade! Rummen/bungalowsen är väldigt mysiga men inte jättestora så man är medveten om det och det kryper lätt in små ödlor utifrån men inget som störde oss. Personalen var trevlig, frukosten var kanonbra, room service funkade jättebra, poolområdet och poolbaren är supernice. Men det som verkligen var pricken över i:et för oss var den fantastiska dagsutflykten med longtailbåt man kan boka genom hotellet, det var SÅ kul upplevelse och lätt värt den extra kostnaden!!😍 Sen ekar musiken från uteställena på ön ganska tydligt på nätterna så man är medveten om det också. Detta störde inte oss och vi kunde somna ändå och dem erbjuder öronproppar om man vill ha det."

"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"
