"Absolutely stunning hotel with a 100/10 view from our beachfront room balcony. The scenery was breathtaking, and the property itself is beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the lady at the front desk during check-in, who was so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. The food was amazing. The Gang Som was hands down the best I've had and was definitely a highlight of the trip. The only downside was the large number of flies in the restaurant. It was quite annoying during both breakfast and dinner, and I hope the hotel can find a solution to improve the dining experience. Another area for improvement is the boat transfer management. As many reviews have mentioned, the boat ride costs THB 800 per trip. At checkout, there were already four of us waiting (our group of two and another group of two). The staff informed us that more guests would be checking out soon, so we waited for an hour, but no one else came. If complimentary ferry service isn't possible, better coordination of boat transfers would be greatly appreciated. such as grouping departures around common checkout times such as 11 AM and 12 PM could help guests avoid long waits and unnecessary costs. Other than these points, everything else was 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're travelling with a larger group, as sharing the boat transfer makes it much more convenient and cost-effective."

"The Hotel is OK but we had a ton of bugs and mosquitos in the room constantly and even after we complained and the staff sprayed the room, they still showed up, in the shower specially, I am not sure the reason, but it appeared as though the bugs are coming through the ceiling in the bathroom."

"The best thing about our stay was seeing the spectacled langurs, from outside our room and also a monitor lizard in the pond, monkeys in the trees and hornbills. It was a pity that the staff used catapults to scare the monkeys and langurs away."

"Excellent resort for a good price! Restaurants were incredible, and it’s right off the beach. Infinity pool is a great place to watch the sunset, and the wooden shuttles made getting around a breeze. Spa was amazing as well. Will definitely be returning here"

"Airport TransferComfortable private van to tuk tuk to private boat to Railay very smooth, reliable for both our arrival & departure. These guys worked hard! Housekeeping daily was also reliable & great! Pool guys were awesome especially Boy, they will keep you hydrated. The only person who worked notably hard in the dining area and truly went out of their way to serve us while in the dining area was BoY. If Boy wasn’t there, no one seemed interested or cared in serving us much in the dining area. We would have spent more money in the dining area for high priced drinks but no one seemed to want to work there. It was quite a surprise since we were practically the only people each time. When breakfast was served and people left, none of the plates were cleared timely. Not sure what was going on in the dining area because they just seemed lazy but if Boy was there, he was making sure we had drinks & table was continuously cleared timely so flies don’t collectively hover the dining areas. You don’t need 10 lazy people in a dining area when only 1 truly works. Food was so so so. Gardener was superb! I enjoyed the Landscaping on the premises. He maintained it so pristinely. Pruned and shaped like an expensive home gardener. Lastly Bee & Ploy were also amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Dining was too over priced compared to next door and with the lack of service staff who wanted to work, they should really be charging no more than 100 Bhat! Villa showersneeds regrouting! Mold."
