There was a leak in my room that i could hear during the night. Turns out it was in the wall causing it to bubble up. I alerted staff to be moved but instead they went in my room while i was away and TRIED to patch it up. Instead of fixing the leak, they just put another patch and it bubbled up again. Very disappointed on how that was handled.

Check-in window was from 3P-5P ONLY. No WFI, Smoking all kinds of stuff near my room. All the smoke and smell came directly in my room. Security was a few feet away did nothing about it. Booked 4 nights, left early the 1st morning. Could not take it.

This place is horrible. Asked for cash deposit. I was in this room maybe 30 min. Forgot to grab cash deposit do on sunday afternoon I went back for it they don't answer the phone so I showed up. She said she couldn't give me my cash deposit back after 24hrs. She stole basically. A Ghetto criminal quagmire. The lady at front desk was just as nasty looking as her attitude. Do not stay here.

First off this is my second time booking with them. They rented the room from under us and kicked us out and refused to rent a room to us they made us leave. Second time they kicked us out because they said we have four dogs and I have two ESA's we even told them they can come in the room to see and she said no and told me she ain't renting to us and we had to be out of the room by 11 they even kept our deposit. The room was half clean when we got there. The windows had no screens in them so we couldn't open the windows. The towel rack fell off the wall when we tried to hang out towels up so we put it on the shelf and I brought a door hanger where we hung our towels on. She literally told my husband she just doesn't want us to stay there even though we did nothing to anybody there. They only had one working washing machine and two working dryers. The pool wasn't operable almost the whole two weeks we stayed there.

Decent place if I needed to stay somewhere in Phoenix for cheap. I would think about staying there again. Keep in mind that they want a cash deposit. Air conditioner is effective, I only question the last time they changed the filter. For the price I have to admit the place was very clean and had a nice smell.

A not broken Tv and microwave especially if someone is paying for more than two days and communication between hotel and the website so I don’t have to be distracted or disturbed by staff. And not to charge me for a dirty towel because that’s what they were provided for it’s to be used and they can be washed. Charging customers for stuff that’s not ripped off or broken is not nice at all
