Desert Oasis is a spacious 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath that sleeps 14. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with bar top seating, a coffee bar and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances to suffice all your cooking needs.

Welcome yourself into the family room with reclining couch seating, blankets and boardgames (located under front entry cabinet). The living room has a 65in Samsung Smart HDTV. We have a vSeeBox connected to the living room TV for instant live tv and free movies.

POOL TABLE/POKER TABLE:
Enjoy some fun playing on the full-size poker table while watching your favorite TV channels. (Poker chip set included) Full size pool table with endless views of the backyard through the large windows. Please no food or drinks on the pool table.

★THE TRANQUIL BACKYARD★
Step outside and soak in the Resort Style backyard! The spacious patio has two outdoor dining tables. Relax around the clear blue pool and sit in one of lounge chairs. Spend your evening around the gas firepit or grilling on our gas BBQ grill. Cooking utensils are provided for your stay. Don't forget to put aside some time to have some fun and play one of our favorite backyard activities:

🌴 Pool & Spa Heating:
Our pool and spa share one gas heater, so they cannot be heated at the same time.

💦 Hot Tub:
• No additional charge to heat the hot tub.
• Heats up within approximately 20–30 minutes.
• When the spa is turned on, the system automatically redirects heat from the pool to the spa. Once you’re finished, the pool will resume heating.

🏊‍♀️ Pool:
• Pool heating is optional and available October–April.
• $75 per night of your reservation.
• Must be requested at least 3 days before check-in to allow enough time for the water to reach the desired temperature.
• When heated, the pool averages 85°F.

This is a pebble Tec pool surface; the pool flooring has some discoloration due to the age and sun.

The pool cleaning company has access to the backyard and there is the possibility the service occurs during your stay. The scheduled day for pool maintenance is on Mondays and Thursdays , this can change due to weather. The professionals will be mindful, quick and polite to our guests while cleaning the pool.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home. Iron and Ironing board available. Laundry detergent will be provided for your convenience in the laundry area.

CHECK-OUT: The short check-out instructions will be listed in the welcome book. Please leave the linens and towels as the cleaners will handle the laundry and bring fresh sets between each stay.

We do have occasional monsoon storms and heat advisories here in Arizona in the summer months. During the months of July-September it is possible that you will experience hotter than usual temperatures or monsoon storms. Please note that the pool can reach 100 degrees in the summer months.

AC UNIT: Please DO NOT put the AC units lower than 68 degrees. If it is set to low, the coils can freeze up and damage the unit. When leaving the property, we ask that you put the AC unit back to 75 degrees.

GUEST ACCESS: You will receive instructions 24 hours before check-in to access the property. You will be given a keyless personal door code for entry. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after check-out. Please reach out to your hosts if there are any questions.

★NO PETS: We do not allow pets at this time. You will be charged a $1000 fine if an animal is brought into this home unannounced. You will be asked to leave, no refunds.

★There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty, and NO DIRECT POOL FENCE. All children must be supervised at all times. The backyard does have a fence around the large perimeter.

★ At this time we do not allow guests into the garage. This will be off limits. There is plenty of driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The owner has his Disc Golf work van parked to the side, out of the way.

★As we understand that you are coming here to have a good time and enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and care.

For stays longer than 28 days booked: An additional cleaning fee will be requested for long-term stays.

★★We highly recommend that you get Travel Insurance for any unforeseen cancelation emergencies. You may purchase your own, or there will be an option to add Travel Insurance at checkout when booking your stay. Please see House Rules for our Cancelation Policy.
