This well appointed home situated in Rio Verde, AZ a private country club for active adults. The amazing space is light, bright and super quiet. The 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath floorplan provides for each guest bedroom with their own bathroom space. Enjoy the private deck for morning coffee, happy hour and grilling. Rio Verde is ideal for those outdoor enthusiasts with golf, hiking, biking and lovely walks though the community. Just minutes north of Fountain Hills and just east of Scottsdale, AZ.
Summary of General Rental Policies

A. The property is equipped with one public facing security cameras located at the front door.

B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 8 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.

C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.

D. Renters must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

E. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises including balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building`s entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed.

F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was very pretty and had a great pool. The views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful!

Perfect home for a family gathering

We had 3 couples a 5 yo and a baby staying in Joel’s home over Easter. It was perfect for our group visiting my Nana in Rio Verde and needing more space. Great patio and kitchen/living area to hang out. Joel was quick to communicate and answer my questions would rent from him again.

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely home. It was so comfortable, clean and spacious. In a very quiet location. Having access to the beautiful heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts was great! Joel was a great help anytime we need to ask him anything and he always responded very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil

Rural, quiet neighborhood on the golf course with access to a beautiful pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball. We were able to walk to a little coffee shop that serves simple breakfast and lunch. Many communities to explore and hikes nearby. The outdoor space was our favorite amenity. Javelina, coyotes, cardinals and many others birds right in the back yard.

This was my second year renting this property for Javelina. We had a party of 7 runners; the house accommodated all of us. The property manager is made sure all our needs were met. The house is beautiful, spacious, and 8 minutes or so to McDowell Mountain Range. I highly recommend this beautiful house.
