We were expecting a nice long weekend at a more upscale property. What we got was a weekend of staycations celebrating 21st birthdays and bridal parties. All of that is fine, we just wanted a more mellow pool experience. Restaurant menus are fine, not great. Staff was friendly but upkeep around the property was sloppy. Room service trays and trash left in place overnight. It’s not a bad place but it’s not 5 star as it bills itself.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Immaculate grounds and rooms are very nice and clean. Gorgeous view of Camel Back Mountain. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great amenities. The only thing is the restaurants are super expensive and the mattresses and pillows were not very good and need replacement. Otherwise, a great stay.

The property is stunning and I have never met such a considerate staff before -so attentive and inviting . The only downside is it is somewhat remote so you need a car to get to restaurants or anything and parking is $30/day

Omni Scottsdale was so beautiful! The room itself was gorgeous and clean. The rest of the property was so unique and I enjoyed touring all around. The pools were the perfect temp and I would definitely come back anytime I’m in the Scottsdale area!

We enjoyed this beautiful property for our wedding anniversary. If I’m honest we had a bit of a rough start, but none the less they made things right and we were able to truly enjoy all they had to offer. Beautiful grounds you hear the staff up and working hard to make sure they maintain that beauty. The friendliest valet staff, we ubered pretty much everywhere but they still chatted with us each time. They gave us some amazing recommendations in the area for dining and entertainment. Just so welcoming and made us feel special everytime we were in contact with them. We also dined on property for breakfast and that was amazing and the staff was as well! The staff at the adult pool were very attentive and kind as well!! We will definitely be back and I can’t wait!
