Each and every bedroom in this home is uniquely themed and will blow your socks off! With each room modeled after a different sport, upstairs has 4 bedrooms; two with one queen in each, and two with 2 full beds in each. On the first floor, right off of the game room is the fifth bedroom, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds).

This home has 2.5 bathrooms, all of which are freshly remodeled and gorgeously modern. The downstairs bathroom has one sink & toilet. Off the upstairs hallway, the full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The third bathroom is the private master ensuite, with two sinks, a toilet, walk-in shower, and soaking tub (with lots of natural light!).

The beautiful, modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room (+ poker room) is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people at the poker table that converts into a poker table, plus there is an additional dining table with 6 more seats in the breakfast nook.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
