We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we could have needed was in the room or walking distance. Staff was nice and approachable. Lower stars on breakfast because when we got down there it was very crowded and most food was gone. So, maybe get to breakfast as soon as it starts. Lol. Would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were wonderful, helpful and courteous. Room was spacious, similar to a studio apartment. Breakfast was ok, had a variety of food. Easy to get on/off interstate. Pool wasn’t heated but hot tub was nice/ warm. Not fancy, but adequate for the price. I’d stay again.

Safety. The door latch was missing screws, i had to go to office to have it fixed. I found old nlood stains on bedding and believe it or not a fake eye lash stuck the the bathroom door frame.

No hot breakfast due to Christmas Day. I get it's a holiday and would have been nice to know beforehand. No hot water in the room; only got lukewarm after running for 15 minutes. Front desk lady rude at check in and when called about the hot water. She also did not explain that our room was at the farthest reach of the property, far from parking and right up along Priest which led us walking around buildings before finally realizing there were even rooms over there. Also informed upon check in that breakfast would be all good items due to the holiday. I usually stay at the Sonesta in Scottsdale and have never had issues of any kind. I was looking forward to a hot shower and hot breakfast during my stay, even though it was brief. I want to add that Jamie (Day desk person) was amazing.

The room was perfect for a weekend getaway. I enjoyed having a kitchen to make meals for us to save spending money on other ventures. Great location. I definitely recommend and would return again in the future.
