When we arrived late, the front desk guy, John was amazing and very helpful because our flight was delayed 3 plus hours we were extremely late. We got our room and went straight to sleep. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the room was dirty. The floor look like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Then we discovered there was no cooking supplies or dishes. When we were on our way out we ask and were assured they had some and could pick them up when we returned. However, we returned and the front desk girl said they don't have any. We book this room specifically because the kitchen, which was pointless. Then the maid NEVER serviced our room. We had to go to the front office for everything we needed... towels, an extra pillow, trash bags, coffee, etc. The toliet paper holder was broken and a couple of days into our stay the toilet broke. There were people always, at all time of day, hanging around the complex. The trash can was right by the stairs and smelled. The AC in the room was dusty and loud and the bed creeked. And one of our last nights, I saw a small cockroach in our room.
