When we arrived late, the front desk guy, John was amazing and very helpful because our flight was delayed 3 plus hours we were extremely late. We got our room and went straight to sleep. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the room was dirty. The floor look like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Then we discovered there was no cooking supplies or dishes. When we were on our way out we ask and were assured they had some and could pick them up when we returned. However, we returned and the front desk girl said they don't have any. We book this room specifically because the kitchen, which was pointless. Then the maid NEVER serviced our room. We had to go to the front office for everything we needed... towels, an extra pillow, trash bags, coffee, etc. The toliet paper holder was broken and a couple of days into our stay the toilet broke. There were people always, at all time of day, hanging around the complex. The trash can was right by the stairs and smelled. The AC in the room was dusty and loud and the bed creeked. And one of our last nights, I saw a small cockroach in our room.

My issue was with a particular female of your staff. She checked me in on 4 December. The following day, December 5th, I attended a memorial for my best friend. When I came back that evening for some reason, my key card would not open my room. So I went downstairs and stood at the closest office door to me, it was locked. Through the window in the door I could see the same female employee who checked me in the day before. She was slouched down in the chair she was sitting in and looking at her phone. I knocked on the door, she rolled her eyes at me, got out of her chair & let me in. She took care of the key card problem for me. But the rolling of the eyes was not at all professional or good customer service.

The kitchen did not have one piece of silverware or dishes/pots except one plastic fork. Smelled like smoke. Very dirty and unsafe area Property looked clean when you checked in but was not.

The room was dirty and falling apart. Kitchen was pretty gross, door into room was damaged, some outlets didn’t work, surfaces were sticky, beds made noises, sheets were itchy, no shampoo for the shower, old rag left in bathroom, etc. This appears to be an inexpensive hotel turned into extended stay rooms that are not well kept.

The front desk staff is very helpful. I didn't know that there was a security guard at first. I met him in the office and he was pretty cool. They recently installed cameras. I love the size of the fridge. Im glad I can cook full meals. Located right by the highway. Walking distance to az mills mall. Fry's grocery store is about a block away. Internet service is not the best. It works but it's kinda tricky. It definitely doesn't work for my work laptop which is unfortunate. I have to use my Hotspot for that which takes from my data. I had an issue with the lock on my door and they resolved it immediately.
