There was trash behind the couch the was next to the window, when I went to close the curtains you could see the trash. I tried to call downstairs to have it fixed but the phone in my room didn’t work. I tried calling the hotel from my cell phone (I was already in my pjs or would’ve walked downstairs) but no one ever answered. There was also hair on the shower wall. When I checked out I told the gal at the front desk who said sorry. Seriously that’s it? Sorry? No can I do something to make it better? Nothing. I will definitely be staying at The Omni from now on in Tempe

Great location the hotel given its price point I expect more luxury but it gave high end holiday inn in my opinion the restaurant on site was more like a school cafeteria with very little menu options the hotel was very understaffed and the employees worked with no sense of urgency we got coffee at the coffee shop downstairs there was only one person working in there and she would take an order make that order then go to the next keep in mind there are like 6 plus people in line the pool on the roof is an actual joke and so is the bar the bar stepped it up they had two people instead of one like the coffee shop there were ten plus people in line and they followed the same practices as the coffee shop take one order make it then go to the next person I know I said that there were two people but they may have well been one because they didn’t work separate from one another they worked the same one order together and like the coffee shop didn’t care and had no sense of urgency the chick and the guy were just laughing and chatting and on there phones I expected more from the hotel but they fell short in a lot of areas now the bed I will say was one of the best beds I have ever slept in they get a five out of five there

Great stay....i just dont understand the 20% gratuity for service at dinner ....its NOT credible...it doesnt make sense....for room service i understand it Not at dinner. $42 dollar vip parking fee. Travel fee $31 or $36 NOT necessary....what does the hotel pay for????? Why am i paying so many extra fees. Sorry i wont be staying here again and i will steer all my friends away from here or at least warn them of All the extra fees. Time to go see if the other hotels are the same?!

Off season stay in a great location. Clean, friendly, beautiful decor. Only complaint: They heavily advertised a Super Bowl Rooftop Party but were ill prepared. We got there early, and there was a shortage of chairs, drink menu items not available, and things like napkins a scarcity. Manager seemed uninterested in our requests.
