This unit was originally one of the model units when Bella Vita of Scottsdale was recently converted into a condo. Therefore, the Traditional Touch is in one of the best locations of the complex and includes ALL of the upgrades and ALL of the best finishes. Features of this vacation rental condo include dark colored hardwood flooring, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, high efficiency stackable washer/dryer, two-tone paint, and 18” travertine in the kitchen and bathroom.

Walking through the front door of this first floor condo using the keyless entry system, you will enter the living room of this elegantly furnished one bedroom/one bathroom Scottsdale vacation rental. Fall into the comfortable blue colored sofa and watch your favorite programs on the flat screen TV. The round coffee table sits on top of a area rug and the end tables sit on each side of the sofa. The mirror hanging above the sofa opens everything up and the artwork and accessories tie it all together.

The French doors from the living room lead to the private patio where you can relax on the bar height table with two chairs and enjoy the cool Arizona morning or the twinkling stars at night. You will also have a view of the heated pool from your patio.

The nook includes a round glass dining table with four chairs. The table sits on a round decorative area rug and a chandelier lights up the room.

The kitchen includes beautiful charcoal countertops, 18” travertine flooring, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and everything you might need to cook up a meal and make yourself feel at home. The stackable high-efficiency washer/dryer is also located in the kitchen.

Continue down the hallway to reach the master bedroom. The furnishings match the décor of this wonderfully appointed Scottsdale vacation rental. A king size bed sits with two bedside tables with lamps, and a dresser for your folded clothes. ** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 1 bedroom has a $100 utility allowance per 30 days ($3.34/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $100 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
