The Space:

Welcome to your cozy getaway! This inviting home offers a comfortable and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll find local shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Ideal for families or groups seeking a home-away-from-home experience in Knoxville.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Enjoy the private backyard for relaxation or a meal outdoors. Parking is available in the driveway, and a keyless entry system provides easy and secure access to the property.



Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.



Guests will need to use their own Netflix and Roku accounts to access streaming services on the TV.



Parking Rules – Plantation Properties

Driveway parking only.

Space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars.

No street parking.

No parking on the front lawn.

Failure to adhere will result in necessary violations being issued.

Downtown Pigeon Forge (Just five minutes away)

Downtown Sevierville (Merely 10 minutes away)

Dollywood (A mere 15-minute drive)

Gatlinburg (Less than a 25-minute drive)

Ober Gatlinburg (Less than 30 minutes away)

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

ID and Verification:

To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our guest screening tool results, additional credit card verification or a security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests).



Pet Policy:

We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay.



Guest Support:

Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food deliveries are available via shipt dot com.



Sleeping Capacity:

The home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we allow up to 9 guests with an additional fee of $15 per night for the 7th to 9th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.



Check-In/Check-Out:



Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

Minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies:

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests staying longer or with additional needs should plan accordingly.



Smoking Policy:

A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.



Wi-Fi Disclaimer:

Occasional Wi-Fi issues may arise due to the service provider. The host is not responsible for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.

The cleanliness and location were great. The attention to detail lacking from inaccuracies in the listing to upkeep on the house itself. The staff/owner does respond quickly and kindly to any message, though no resolutions were available for the inaccuracies we encountered.

This place was horrible. There was no heat for 2 days, with 30 highs, and the management company argued with me about what a thermostat was. The fireplace that is listed is non usable. "Only display " but listed as amenities in ad. For a place that sleeps up to 9 people, there were only four sets of silverware and cookware was nonexistent to even feed six people. I had to go by skillet and baking sheets so that I can cook for my family. The grill that is shown in the ad is also non usable. It was rusted out and falling apart. When I book a place to stay for vacation.These are the types of things I look for, if all i'm there , they are unusable , it dampers my plans , and I have to spend more money to go out of my way and take care of my family while on vacation.

Was a nice house,, quite neighborhood,, but there was a leak when we got to the house in one of the rooms. Was told to the host, and nothing was done about it. And the leak got worse as the week went on!

Quiet, clean and spacious! The only comments would be to maybe had additional seating in the living room, cleaner grill on the deck and we couldn't find the iron. Other than that, it was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location

I would definitely stay here again. However, they only had 2 small frying pans and 1 pot to cook for 9 people. Recommend a love seat in living room. And extra blankets it was cold in the house. Other than that’s place is great.

Spring break getaway with grandkids

Good location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Could use more eating utensils in kitchen. A few more pillows and additional blankets for beds. Would be helpful to have additional seating in living room for more than 3 people watching tv. But would probably rent again. Would bring some additional things with me.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, easy to get in and out. Could use more seating in living room, had to sit on dining room chair to watch tv, but wasn't in house that much so really not a problem. Would definitely rent again.
