        I stayed in the Heavenly building. I liked my room very much and the fact that the hotel is dog friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean. They have tempur pedic beds, so very comfortable! I was on ground floor. I could hear my neighbors in the next room at times. Also the room above me, the ceiling creaked when someone walked across the room. The breakfast was not impressive. The location is very convenient, to get to the Casinos and Heavenly Village shopping/Gondola is across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

        From the outside, this place doesn't look to great, but once in our room - we were pleasantly surprised. The room itself was sparkling clean and pretty updated. Bed was comfortable - loved the fridge and microwave but could have used an iron. Great shower!

        The people that work there are so helpful , friendly and kind. VERY comfortable bed. HUGE jacuzzi tub. We went for my husbands birthday. He rode his bicycle from Reno to South Lake Tahoe so the jaccuzzi was wonderful. They have outdoor heaters and fire pit. Theres a good restaurant just 1/2 block away. WE WILL GO BACK!
