We booked a room with a pullout sofa & we went to get sheets with a couple extra pillows. We were told that we could only have 2 extra pillows as if it was an inconvenience that we even asked. Upon check in, we were told only one car in the parking lot when we had 3 cars and that it was our responsibility to find another place to park. Granted they were renovating the first floor but shipping containers took first place to customer needs. We walked in the first floor because we saw an open door not knowing we weren’t supposed to use it and the lady at check in almost scolded us for using it when the door was wide open with other guests coming in and out. There’s no clear directions how to get in said parking lot to begin with because they have to buzz you in from the front. Overall not very impressed with staff and the air conditioner in our room barely worked but we felt like we bothered them enough asking for an extra pillow.

There was no parking we had to park on the street and walk around the block,we were not told about the 100$ deposite until we checked in , check out is 11,but if you want breakfast you have to be there before 9 if ya want to eat ,the pool closes at 9 pm, over all, I expected alot better for 300 a night

We were not provided a receipt upon check out when we asked for one since they put a 100 dollar incidental charge on your bill that does not come off for 5 to 7 days. They informed us they do not give receipts to people who book through third party agencies. I am hoping we get the 100 back but we shall see.The toliet handle broke n fell off when we went to flush the toliet. The shower was dirty. Front desk staff were not welcoming and seemed annoyed when we were calling to get the toliet fixed and upon checking out when asking about the incidental charge and receipt. I would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to stay here...ever. The place is not well kept and the staff were rude. I dont leave many reviews but thought i should so people know to choose a different hotel to stay in when visiting Pittsburgh.

We had 2 children very excited about the indoor pool and it was closed the whole time for remodeling. Outside was littered with garbage. The latin music was loud. The elevators barely worked.
