This was the worst hotel stay for us! Upon arrival, the small parking lot was crowded/no where to park. When checking in, they told us we needed to park off site which was kind of a long walk. Not very convenient with luggage & kids - in the dark. It was kind of sketchy.
Our room was on the 4th floor..smallest hotel room ever! The bathroom was also tiny. To turn the shower on, you had to force it on to work, luckily it didn’t brake! The soap holder in the shower was also broken. The drain stopper in the sink was stuck down/closed. I had to use my husband’s tool to pry it up so the water would drain! The bathroom door was very hard to open once shut. My son was the first to use it & was yelling for us to help let him out! The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom as well as some of the outlets in the room. We went to use the pool area but the smell of the chlorine was overwhelming- it was also very dark in there for some reason so we left. The elevators were always busy-one of them was down so lots of time spent waiting for that. We took the stairs when we didn’t have a lot of stuff to carry. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights & wasn’t in the room very much. The price they charge per night is ridiculous for this out dated hotel!! We will NEVER return. Very disappointed overall.
