Featuring a game room theater, three fully equipped kitchens, and multiple living spaces, your group can gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful extras throughout. Perfect for family reunions, retreats, and large groups. Centrally located near hiking and biking trails.
- No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a minimum $50 policy fee, plus any costs for property damage or extra cleaning required.
- Pet Policy: We love pets and allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay.
- Pet Fees: A standard pet fee applies to your stay. Any additional pets beyond the 2-pet maximum are subject to an additional $30 fee per extra pet.
- Pet Hair & Cleaning: While normal pet hair is expected, if the amount of pet hair left behind is deemed excessive—requiring approximately an additional hour of specialized cleaning—a $30 pet overage fee will be applied.
- Check-Out Requests: We kindly ask that you strip the beds and start a load of laundry including the sheets before leaving the house if at all possible.

House was as advertised, pictures relfect actual which is not always the case. It was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was great, they let us checkout an hour later than normal which was super helpful given the timing of our activities. Will absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the gate city tri-plex. The only thing we weren’t aware of was that the property is divided into three separate areas and they are not accessible to each other. It worked out fine, it just wasn’t clear in the description. The property was very nice and clean and it was nice to have access to several kitchens and 4 bathrooms with our large group!

The place was perfect for the family to gather close to ISU for graduation! The host accommodated a last minute request for early check-in! Clean, fun decor, and comfortable -even for the dogs. Highly recommend!
