New Construction, completed May 2021. This kid friendly, luxury home easily accommodates a large group or multiple families. Equipped with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heated salt water inground pool and off street parking for 6-8 vehicles. Convenient location- 3 blocks to Point Pleasant Beach and a short walk to Jenkinson's Boardwalk for food, rides and family fun! Enjoy an open floor plan for easy entertaining. The expansive kitchen with large island and breakfast nook, as well as separate dining area, provides ample seating for all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to create memorable meals. The living room includes a gas fireplace as well as a large screen television.

Your private outdoor oasis includes heated salt water pool, gas grill and dining area, as well as outdoor TV. Covered patio area next to pool for an escape from the sun after a long day at the beach.

A beautiful house in a great location big enough to hold our entire family. Large rooms, good amenities and very well maintained. We took full advantage of the great pool and downstairs lounging area. We recommend this home to anyone no matter how big your family.

Point Pleasant House

This property was perfect for our group. The house was clean and well appointed and the kitchen was amazing. Having the salt water pool and covered area downstairs was simply a game changer and gave us a perfect respite during the record heat. Jen was very easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great August Stay

Our recent stay at this fantastic beach house was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly tailored for families and friends of a larger size, it offered everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The house was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was incredibly convenient to pop back and forth from the beach to the house. The proximity allowed us to make the most of our beach days without the hassle of parking and lugging gear too far. The property size was amazing. The house provided ample room for both adults and children to spread out and enjoy. The open plan living area is perfect for socializing. The kitchen was well equipped, which made meal preparation a breeze, and the dining table accommodated our large group. The house was clean upon arrival. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. In all, this beach house is perfect for friends and family to come and enjoy.

Great house for families

The house was great. It was several families with children and everyone had a blast. It was great to have so many bedrooms and large main room with large table where we all could eat meals. It was a nice location just a few blocks from beach and boardwalk. And the kid favorite was the outside TV near the pool. The kids would switch between swimming and watching a show and they loved it. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this house to families with kids.

Friend's time on the shore for our wedding

We booked this house to accommodate a sizeable group for our wedding. 7 Bedrooms housed 7 couples. We never felt cramped on space - the place was huge and had everything we needed. I was really glad to see my friends spend so much time there, in the backyard grilling, or at the pool, or even just on the couches. We had a great time and the hosts were super communicative. Dont hesitate to book!

Fantastic Family Reunion

This house was perfect. Clean as a whistle wh3en we came in with everything you needed to spend a relaxing holiday together. The living space was so large we could all be together in one room. Wonderful stay!

Had an incredible weekend at this home. Beautiful open layout perfect for a family gathering. The home has everything you need. All the rooms were comfortable. Only thing missing was more towels and paper products! Otherwise awesome.

Wedding weekend compound!

Love the location and all the rooms - was perfect for a large group of couples to all have our own rooms! The island was a big topic of conversation as it was so big and where we all would congregate! Loved the pool too - just wish we could have used it more but it raw raining! Highly recommend!

Jersey Shore Experience

Clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. Furniture is new and modern including beds. Bedrooms are quiet and funished with TVs. Pool is large and FABULOUS, water crystal clear. A very pleasant experience.

Perfect Point Pleasant

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly appointed for a multi generational family gathering like ours! We aged from 9-83 & everyone had a great time. We cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of room to eat & gather together. The beach is close walking distance & great addition to the house. Nice to have so much parking. After planning this trip for almost a year, we were not disappointed!

The home is beautiful and had absolutely everything we could think of that we needed. It is as described in the details for sure. You can easily walk to point but we did drive a few times because of weather and carrying. The pool was beautiful and worked out very well since the beach got closed due to weather. I would have no problem rebooking this home!

Nice Home!

Our family of 8 from Florida stayed here for 10 days while visiting family. It was exactly as described and we had more than enough room with a couple rooms unoccupied. The living area and kitchen is very spacious and safe for our 18 month old granddaughter to play. We did bring our own baby gates to block off the two stair cases and had to purchase a high chair seat while we were there so she would have a place eat. The family room had enough seating for us all to lounge and hang together playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra large table provided plenty of seats for us all to eat together. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of bath towels. We had some cold weather while we were there so we only used the pool one time. You'll need flip flops to be around the pool layout area due to all the landscape rocks. And if you come when it's hot, make sure to bring your own beach/pool towels. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, the beach/boardwalk and a couple great parks to enjoy if you have kids or want to play basketball or pickle ball. We would definitely rent this home again.
