"The ADA accommodation room was just great. Nice wide shower for easy access, wide entry door into the bathroom. Adequate parking space with plenty of room on both sides and smooth transition from tarmac onto sidewalk in front of the room. In addition, the bed was very comfortable. We are definitely planning to stay here again. Only issue was the smoke from the control burn in the area. It only affected us in the morning just before we left. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Staff were all just terrific."

"I had to come up to Prescott for work and had to end up staying at the last minute. The girls at the desk (1 was training) were so warm, so welcoming, and even got an upgraded room for me and my pup. They were helpful and gracious and went above and beyond especially with my idiot dog who decided to pretend hes never been in a hotel before. They even gave him a gift. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative was the rude grouchy man that checked me out this morning. He was rude and threw my receipt at me and never said another word. Never smiled. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!"
