What was unique about the property is that I had a fireplace in my room the place is done so cute with this little fountains and the way they designed their sitting areas they've even been thoughtful to all people including smokers there's two designated areas for smoking the pool the water is clear the people are helpful and kind very nice place very clean very modern parking isn't a problem however if you have a trailer you're pulling behind you there's nowhere to park it

I would have liked more towels, (maybe thicker) they got damp right away. The room was clean. The curtains did not keep out the light.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I entered the room and the light switch was non-functional. Staff helped me by turn on the lights at the lamps themselves. Room has 2 small lamps that only dimly lit the room. The front door has a deadbolt lock for which there was no key. In the bathroom while I was taking a shower, I realized there is no place to put down the soap or shampoo, nor was there a hook to hang a washcloth. There are also no bars to hang towels in the bathroom.

The room was clean, my kids enjoyed their stay. The property was in a great location and easily accessible. It was nice having assigned parking. The checkin process was smooth. We checked out early, so did a standard key drop. Would say again.

Super cute property, nice rooms, conveniently located just minutes from Whiskey Row and downtown. Staff was super friendly, very easy to get to. The only suggestion I can make is to upgrade your mattresses. The mattress was very uncomfortable, very thin. We only stayed 1 night so it was OK but if we were staying multiple nights, it might've been an issue. Other than that, loved the property and would definitely return!

Very reasonable rates, clean, and only 1 mile from downtown, so easy walk. I felt the pool could have been a little cleaner, and the ac unit in the room was very loud, but otherwise pleasant and clean. If stay there again.

Mattress felt like laying on springs, pillows were worn out -no firm ones at all, towel rack very lose, room didn’t look like ones on website I booked, no couch in room-only worn leather chairs dust in corner of room by lamp that is not plugged in and door scratched at bottom left from a dog. I have pictures to confirm. Very disappointing!

Budget Stay Amidst Pleasant Forestry

The area around the Sierra Inn is quite peaceful! I traveled from California and haven’t seen an area like Prescott before in person, especially not in a place like Arizona. The staff were super friendly! Almost every morning, one of the nice ladies would greet my fiancée and I on our way out, and the front desk reception staff (whom I saw many working the counter) were also very pleasant. The only thing I’d mention about the environment are the cicadas, which I had never heard before, and are quite loud outside. While inside, however, they were surprisingly muffled! The pool was also nice! As for the room, it was the perfect size for a couple. The mattress for the queen’s bed was firm, and the three pillows provided were quite plush. I will say, the bed was quite noisy, and sometimes sounded like it would snap (but didn’t). Plenty of drawer space, bedside outlets, and the fridge kept everything SUPER cold! The AC was incredibly efficient (maybe too efficient? No matter how much we tried to change the dial) at keeping the room cool as well. Two glaring problems: bugs, and a weird smell. Small bugs were very prevalent in the bathroom. Randomly— and this might sound like a joke, but it really happened— two cockroaches spontaneously manifested beside our bed, flipped over. Genuinely no idea where they came from. Also, a weird, unidentifiable smell from the bathroom that grew strong over time. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay! I’d love to come back to the area some time.
The bed and sitting area. Disregard personal belongings. Two chairs provided, digital hotel food service provided on a QR code sheet.
Entertainment and food area. Microwave on the smaller side. Mini fridge has an upper frozen space. Trash can behind (my) cooler.
Sink and towels provided. There is an outlet and light switch on the left side. Hand soap not provided, but plenty of creams were with the towels.
Bathroom. Not much space to place towels/change of clothes. Toilet is a bit wobbly.
