Clean room, central location, staff was very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately and I guess because of its location and being the weekend, people were very loud on the streets until 3 am. I’m a light sleeper, it bothered me but I had to travel overseas the next morning. Was hoping to get a good nights sleep. Hotel is great value!

Rooms are reasonably clean, but the bed and pillows are very, very uncomfortable! There’s no AC in the common areas, and because of the high humidity there is noticeable smell of mold coming from the carpeted hallways. If they get rid of that ugly, green carpet the whole hotel will look (and smell) differently. The breakfast is really basic — for the price they charge, there should be more options. The location is good, though — close to the marina, stores, and restaurants, with a taxi station right in front of the building. There’s also a very good ironing room (1st floor) with a quality iron and ironing board. Yes, it’s a bit annoying to go from the 5th floor all the way down to the 1st to iron one blouse, but that’s manageable for a few days. Overall, you can expect a basic hotel — nothing extraordinary.

I just want to say how impressed I was with the entire front desk staff. Anna however was the stand out. She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up. She just went the extra mile. Neat hotels this young lady needs to be in management!!!

Location was super convenient (supermarket around the corner and close to tons of restaurants, parking in the paid lot 1 block up or if you can find a spot 10 min walk away for free); rooms were big as advertised, bathrooms getting a bit old but oh well, desk reps were nice and helpful. appreciated the 'wrinkle room' to iron as we were here for a wedding. gym space had cardio machines but no weights.
