Gym was fine since no one ever seemed to use it. The kitchen didnt have any equipment at all for being an extruded stay hotel. A few mornings there was not any coffe, which was included, and other mornings no cups. Girls behind the desk had theirs. Staff was friendly andi polite but noone was at the front desk on the day of departure. Crazy! 2 girls were out sick and they didnt have a replacement. Also our room door did not always lock. Wouldnt stay here ever again.

The walls were thin, could here people closing doors and walking up and down the hallways and talking on every floor all night long. The mattresses were old or just lumpy and uncomfortable.We were on the 1st and 2nd floors. Did not get but maybe 2 hours sleep

I had to find out that the wifi was intermittent, more off than on. Would have preferred to be told at check in and offered a reduction in the price, shame because everything else was very good. May put me off staying here again.

Everything was great except for the coffee machine was broken down and we spotted one roach, maybe two other than that very comfortable. Very clean place. Add photos of your stay.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it so I booked again this trip and unfortunately it wasn’t as good of an experience. The first room we got had 2 roaches on the bed as soon as we walked in. The sweet lady at the front desk changed our room immediately and that one was clean and roach free. However the next day I called the front desk to exchange 2 of our towels that were wet for 2 dry ones and not only was the other lady at the front desk rude (acting like she was annoyed I was even asking) but they were going to charge us a fee just to exchange them? That’s wild. I’ve never been to a hotel that charged for switching linens. I clarified I wasn’t asking for new ones just to exchange and she says “yeah it doesn’t matter it’s still a fee” with so much attitude that I just said “nevermind” and hung up. So I wouldn’t say this stay was very great.
