It was a good stay. However there was a beeping coming from the fire alarm. Most likely needed more batteries or something. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean.

Roach infested. I reserved a 2 queen bed room for me and my daughter. They gave me a 1 bed room...not a big deal, they switched it out for me. I got ready for bed and then when I put my cup down on the table I noticed a roach. Me and my daughter hate roaches. I figured it might just be one, killed it. A minute later a full sized roach accompanied by 3 others started gunning it for the cup and then scattered as soon as they noticed I was going for them. Sat around for a minute and tried to get a few pictures and there were at least 5 different roaches. The staff gave me another room, but the AC wouldnt adjust and it stayed cold all night, and we slept with the light on in hopes to keep the roaches afraid to crawl out. I took pictures but they refuse to refund any money, because roaches are something you have to get over. Gross. Not eating food from a place infested by roaches. I paid decent for this hotel with easy expectations. Getting the room I booked, not being infested by roaches, and functional A/C. Do not go here if you have the same expectations.

Basic room. Small. Semi clean ( previous persons tooth picks left behind in room, etc). Air conditioner was inefficient. Room was very damp and musty, had to run too cool to rectify this. Asked for 2 extra blankets on first day, was completely ignored. When we turned up ac, allergy's got bad due to damp and must. Not sure if this was isolated to this room. We had too much unpacked, were only staying for 2 nights, so stuck it out. (Plus, was told we took the last room). Not a big deal, but waffle makers were dirty (I peeked when passing through breakfast area later in the day) with old dried on waffle mix. Also, we asked for pool towels, they had none so we used our bath towels, but couldn't get them replenished..Room was meant for 5, however, only gave 1 teeny tiny soap, 1 mini shampoo and conditioner, barely enough for one person, one shower. Def bring your own. I did leave a note for the housekeeper on the morning of the second day and asked please if she would leave us an extra blanket for each bed , along with her name so I could make sure and tip her, which she did. Staff friendly and nice. Just, hard to find! Ignored 2 request for blankets and towels. Wont stay here again mainly because of the AC issues and damp, musty room.

Check in was professional and pleasant. 2nd floor room easily accessible by elevator. Room was very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator didn't get as cold as we would like. Nice sitting area to relax in room.

This was our second stay there and it was just as good as the first. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was very nice. My only issue is the lighting in the room was a little too bright.
