The pictures of the room showed on Travelocity are deceitful. The room was dirty, the sheets were filthy, the door has issues. We had to call the front desk due to noises from the room next to us and that didn’t work. The building and landscape needs maintenance. The front desk lady did the minimum to accommodate us. For $100 a night there are no microwave nor a fridge and only a desk lamp I would advise Travelocity to do their due diligence before advertising a place. False advertisement and it was not worth it.

Only thing I can suggest to improve the place is ; add more lights to room 100 . Next relocate the smoking 🚬 area from close to room 100 to the pavilion by the pool there's already chairs and tables out there and it's not Next to the rooms. Another ice machine would be nice instead of the whole complex trying to get ice from just 1 machine.

The shower had no grab bars at all. Also the water flowed nicely from the spigot but when the shower diverter was lifted, the flow from the shower head was a trickle. Also I killed a roach in the bathroom. Only amenities were 2 small bars of soap - no shampoo, etc. Television worked fine.

When I arrived there, I needed to put my food in the refrigerator but unfortunately there was not a refrigerator. Then I went to the ice machine so I could get some ice to put in my cooler to keep my food cold so it wouldn't go bad. Unfortunately, the ice machine was broken. I decided to go to the store to buy some ice and when I got back my phone rang. It was the front desk telling me that there was complaints that I shut my car door too loudly at 4 PM. This upset me //greatly// because the only reason that I needed to use my car was because they didn't offer a refrigerator or ice. Then I called the Guest Relations line later after I had gotten woken up several times by other guest using their key fob car lock (setting off their car horns) at 12 o'clock 1 o'clock 2 o'clock 3 o'clock in the morning. Guest relations called me to follow up and then she said she would call me back and she never did. After more than three weeks went by, I finally sent an email to them to follow up and they just replied that they were going to take appropriate action. They did not offer to compensate me in any way for all of my troubles and hardship while staying at their hotel.
