This hotel is the worst motel I have ever been. They asked me if I drove in or walked to the motel? That should have been the first sign of things to come. The motel is filed with people who are displaced and they live in the motel permanently. The room smelled and the property is not kept up. They told me that they would refund my money because I checked in and out within 10 minutes by front desk staff skye. They have now decided not to refund my money when I just booked it online about an hour before I checked in. I have never not stayed in a motel that I booked before. I would not recommend staying in this property.

It was conveniently located to everything however, the grounds are filthy dirty and the room smelled of cat pee. There were people in the parking lot fighting all night every night we were there. Extremely poorly kept.

The staff is wonderful here. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Conviently located close to shopping . Directly across from Bucaneer Bay and only minutes to the beach. We loved our stay here. Definitely a great experience.

Pool was great for the kids room was good for the price it was perfect! Right across from bucaneer bay so we were finally able to make it there without it being sold out

Price is right, cleanliness not so much.

For the Price it wasnt a bad stay. The tub and shower were not clean, the overall bathroom area was less than reasonably clean. Had issue with people smoking and talking right outside our room after midnight. The smoke found its way into our room via the AC unit I am guessing. I did ask them to stop, which they did, but the smell of their cigarettes had permeated our room.
