Room says accommodates 3!!!! There is only 1 king bed. No cot as against fire regulations. Do bed on floor???? Not happy. First time and last time here.

Our stay was pleasant and the rates were good compared to the other options in the city. The resort for the most part is dated, when the furnace kicks it sounds like an airplane engine going off so it was super loud in the room. When you check in it would be nice for the staff to mention there is a lounge/tavern and hours for amenities as we had no idea there was a restaurant on the second floor. We found it but the service was extremely slow waited almost an hour for Wraps and a burger. All in all we would stay again, some small upgrades could make the difference in looks.

It would be nice if the restaurant was open more often and anytime we end up staying here the pool is always cold. Yes it was down for maintenance but it’s disappointing.
