Long line ups at check in and check out. Fire burning in the parking lot, giving off a lot of smoke and making everything smell like a campground. Waited for over 8 minutes on the 3rd floor for an elevator that wasnt full. Finally took the stair with all of our luggage. Staff should definitely have their own elevator. The bathroom had smears of brown stuff on the outside of the shower. The base and back of the beds look like it had never seen a vacuum before. Window looked out over the roof of the lower levels and we stopped counting at 4 dead birds.

Good stay bad checkout

The stay was fine. But when I had to check out early I was not issued a refund for the days I couldn’t stay. Even when I explained my family had an emergency we had to tend to.

The hotel was clean in need of some up grades. Staff was helpful. The negative was that there seemed to be a lot of people loitering round the outside of the hotel that looked like they did not belong there or were not staying there.
