Room #102.... has had complaints about their old, musty, wet dog smell of the carpet for at least a year without recourse. I wanted a diff room but they were full. The sliding door almost fell off the rollers. The locks were broken. The room phone won't ring the desk. The breakfast was tasteless. The bathroom was clean and had soft towels. I cancelled my booking on my return trip.

I enjoyed spending a night at this property. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is next to fast food restaurants, gas stations.

The room itself was clean but dated and tired. We didn't see any suspicious activity ourselves, but there were 6-8 security guards roaming outside and lining the hallways at all times which put us on edge. That definitely communicated a level of sketchiness, even if we didn't experience any.

I was very disappointed that the front desk refused to give me a receipt of payment on checking out. They stated that the receipt would have to come from the app through which the stay was booked even though the attendant had already printed off a copy of the receipt. That receipt has yet to arrive but there have been TWO requests for a review of our stay.

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly. Bed was firm and room clean but getting dated. 4 security guards on duty. Been awhile since i've stayed in Winnipeg. Maybe this is normal. No issues. But that gave a few red flags about the area.

Entire check in was very quick and smooth but the only problem was the bed was infested by bed bugs. We didn’t notice at first but time passes we notice our skin has some bites and saw a couple of bed bugs on the bed. We reported it to the front desk but it seemed the front desk doesn’t take my complaint seriously.

Very noisy - rude people in the same wing, laughing & yapping all night. Complained to front desk but they would have had to be on the floor all night to keep these people quiet! Also street racers during the night. Very sad as the property is in a great location for amenities around it & ease to get in and out. Will never stay here again & will not recommend at all.
