This hotel is being used for long term displaced people I feel. Drunk and loud all night. Did not sleep well. Had to call security and go to the front desk more than once about it. The staff are great but the clientele staying there are rough. Outside these people congregate around the hotel and make it look like a homeless shelter. Sad really.

Breakfast was great. Wish we had known more about the many offers in the dining room so that we could have taken advantage of them before our last day. Staff really friendly. Woken up at 4:00 am by slamming doors and people in the corrider outside our room two nights in a row.

Door to our room was open when we checked in. Hotel is working on updating rooms. Went to convert came back to eat and everything was closed. Was lots of people making noise when trying to sleep. Doors slamming and yelling.
