Dino Beach water park was very cool and my son loved it! Would have been nice if breakfast had been included.

Waterslide & noisy air conditioner means no sleep

Pros: The staff is very professional - A security guard walked me to my car when I left at 3 am to catch a flight. Enjoyed the room's LG wide-screen TV.
Cons: Please regularly check the heater/air conditioning units to see if they are working properly and are not too loud.
Location: Great location right near the airport and only a couple of minutes from restaurants and Winnipeg's finest shopping mall.
The Victoria Inn's location is very convenient to the airport (2 minutes away), but the waterslide is both a blessing and a curse. Kids and parents will love the slide, but there's a lot of noise and kids running up and down the hallways all day - so be forewarned. There's also a lot of events going on it is also a Conference Centre, so people are walking up and down the halls at all hours. The bed was comfortable, but the room heater/air conditioner was very loud - it began to make a noise that sounded like there was a semi truck parked right outside the window (I checked; there wasn't), so I had to turn the air conditioning totally off in order to get some sleep. If you have kids and want to be close to the airport, this is the place to stay. If not, you may prefer to stay at the Best Western Plus Winnipeg Airport Hotel - it's only 2 minutes further from the airport and is a bit quieter (pool, but no waterslide).

Ok hotel

Hotel was ok, a place to stay. Rooms were on the small side. Kids thought the pool was too shallow.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate your feedback. We have a variety of room types available. We would suggest to stay in Premier room with two queen size beds in the future if you are looking for a spacious room. It is equipped with wet bar and microwave as well. Our pool is only 3 feet deep and it is designed for smaller kids. We are sorry to hear that our pool was not deep enough for your kids. Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again in the near future! Kazuko Magara, Director of Room Sales

Nice hotel close the airport

Pros: The comfort of beds for sleeping
Cons: Long walk to the elevator so maybe an area online for noting this
We were looking forward to the pool and water slide. The pool was more for children but the slide was great! So was the hot tub. And our room was super with the most comfortable beds ever!

Great family hotel

We went for a weekend with some extended family and decided on this hotel due to its waterslide for the kids. When we got there we were surpised that it was zero entry which was great for some of the smaller kids. The waterslide ends in a trough rather than the pool which is a lot safer as well. The kids had a great time. Had four of us in a room and slept very well. However the cots do not fit in a double queen at least the rooms we were in, so if you need a cot, get a king sized room with 2 cots, which from what I can see would work way better. Were treated super nice and will probably book again sometime soon!

Close to Airport

Hotel was close to airport and staff was very helpful. Not a "Hilton" or "Westin" as far as room decor or linen quality, but the staff worked very hard to be accommodating, helpful and friendly. Seemed to cater to families - indoor pool with water slides and dinasaur theme appeared to be a real hit with the kids in the pool.\nGood value for the money.

Intoxicated by Chlorine!

Stayed with 11 other couples and children for NYE. Room & service was fabulous. Pool was toxic. Everyone's eyes were burning and kids were coughing. My son's asthma was hard to control. They obviously pump up the chlorine levels for high volumes of kids. If it wasn't for that, we would definately go back every year.
