Hotel room and staff were nice. However, security on a power trip soured our experience. Wouldn't let us bring plastic cups or water bottles into the pool area. (even though we saw at least 15 people with cups and water bottles while we were there) Then the same security at 11:00 when everybody in our room was asleep, came and knocked on our door telling us that we had to keep it down, even though we had been resting for an hour. Seemed like intentional retaliation after we asked questions about the water bottles in the pool.

The staff were very courteous. The Shuttle driver was on time & collected us from YWG in minus 25c. The room was clean & inviting. It was 3:am when we settled in.
