yes, room was ok, we were there for our annual company Christmas party, we have been renting a room every year. I would suggest that they place the people with no kids on the upper floors and families on lower floors, every year we have been woken up between 6 & 7 because of kids screaming and running. we go to bed around 2 so that leaves us with little sleep that is the one thing that bothers us every year. In future if i do stay again I will insist on a top floor room otherwise i will stay at the Hilton next door.

Front desk was pleasant and suggested I take pool wristband, in case I changed my mind (mentioned hot tub, not just a pool). I was travelling for work alone and didn’t pack swimsuit. Noted her kindness and quality service. Room was large, clean and updated. I have stayed here several times. I like the elevator key.

Our room smelled of sewage the first night checking in. We were out most of the day, upon returning after supper/shopping our room did not smell great. We had called to let the front desk know, a guy said he would send someone to our room. No one showed up after some time, the smell was then making us sick. So I went to the front desk to complain, the lady there immediately put us in another room. I was grateful, and our “new” room was better. However we did go to bed with a headache from that smell.
