Hotel staff were friendly and willing to assist with questions or requests. Front lobby smelt wonderful- some sort of fragrance. Extra security provided at night with locked doors after 7pm and a security guard. Parking options not great - pay $22/night or find street parking. Street parking has 2 hour time limit although you can park overnight but car must be moved off the street by 10 am. Peddle bikes available to rent at the hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were very nice. Loved the long shelf along the wall to keep items off the floor. Beds were comfortable; bedding was nice. Shower was great with two shower heads and good water pressure. Bar fridge in room. Snacks and drinks in the room upon arrival but they were very expensive. Found the room somewhat noisy- could hear the tv in the room beside us and noise in the hallways. Although, there were a couple things I did not like, I would stay here again. I likely would not even try other hotels and just rebook here because overall, it was a good experience and the pros outweighed a couple of cons.

Room was fine. Pretty standard. They had a bunch of items in there for purchase if you wanted. Had to pay extra for parking. Beds were comfortable. The area is super sketchy at night, so I wouldn’t plan to walk around after dark.

Not enough parking. Couldnt park at the hotel the 2 nights we were there had to park half a block away in a pay lot which the hotel reimbursed the parking fee. One of our rooms had ac problems where the room wouldnt cool so switched rooms fornthe second day.

Paid for parking during my stay, but their parking space is very limited. It’s only around 10-12 parking spaces that are only suitable for a car or smaller SUV. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to utilize the parking space I paid for, and had to park on the street. I asked the hotel to be refunded due to this, and never got refunded. Instead, it was a 6 day game of tag trying to speak with the correct person to get refunded. Never got refunded in the end. Very unimpressed for a hotel so pricey.
