The staff when I arrived were pleasant and helpful. After a long travel day it was much appreciated. Nice room, was on main floor facing the busy street. Could hear car doors slamming but it was minor.

There was no heat at all. When we engereed the room, the temperature was 11degrees on a day when out side is -18. I raosed the temperature amd in 6 hours it went up only 5 degrees. Pathetic.
