Rooms were clean, greeting was pleasant the free breakfast was suppose to be ready and the one preparing was very late so I missed totally. My husband who came down later got very limited due to the late arrival of breakfast person

My only concern was a bed bugs on the bed that I have encountered, I asked if I can transfer to another room but unfortunately the lady at the front desk that I talked to over the phone told me that there is no room available. So I had no choice but to stay in the room knowing that I am not comfortable especially while I’m sleeping throughout the night. I am demanding for a refund to compensate not so pleasant stay.

Stayed one night of a 6 night stay because of the unrestricted noise in hallways and outside my groundfloor room at all hours of the night. Discovered a blood stained pillow in the morning. Returned it to the front desk and explained that all of this this was unacceptable and advised mgmt that I would be checking out. They OFFERED to waive my fees. I was impressed. One month later I discovered that they charged my credit card. Called and was told they would not be waiving my fees. Contacted Expedia and the agent arranged for a refund within 3-5 days. 7 days later I contacted Expedia when the refund was not processed. Expedia contacted hotel who said there would be no refund. Mgmt of this facility is dishonest. Expedia left me hanging.
