Loved it! I was in a wheelchair due to injury. ALL the staff were lovely and accommodating. All of them. The place was clean, the kids had a great time in the pool, they allowed my family (unregistered guests) to help me get settled in without issue. The manager even helped me get my wheelchair into the car when leaving. Amazing service!!

We had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. It was an ideal winter break staycation, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslide. We would happily stay here again.

I had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness concerns. There was hair on the bed sheets and the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. This was especially frustrating as it occurred on Christmas Eve, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into an inconvenient one. Cleanliness standards need improvement.
