Cleaning ladies were very noisy, talking in their own language despite having our DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door! Had wanted to sleep in a bit esp on Sat am! Room was either too hot or too cold. Couldn't set it to odd number temps eg it had to be either 70 or 68 or 66 or 64 not 65 or 67 or 69 degrees. Poor selection of shows on TV - too much sports, not enough family friendly shows or movies for eg. Need to flip the mattresses!! Sagging where people have repeatedly slept. Woke up with a SORE+++ back!! & pillows were all too soft! Big long black hair on the bathmat then fell off onto the floor. When first entered our room after checkin, there was a candy wrapper right in front of our door into our room. Stayed there for the 2 nights we were there despite the cleaning ladies cleaning rooms near ours! No recycling bins in the rooms or on premises for pop or water bottles etc that we could see! Clerk at checkin was friendly & helpful re our reservation & needs. We were surprised that they took down the Christmas decorations on Jan. 1st! They weren't aware that Ukrainian & other Orthodox faiths celebrate Christmas & New Years on Jan 7 & 14 respectively. We thought it was a bit soon removing them on Jan 1st!

Here’s a smoother, more polished rewording while keeping the concerns clear: It felt like guests were concentrated in one area, which led to a lot of hallway traffic despite the hotel not being full. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallways, and it was unavoidable when entering or exiting the building. Considering these issues, the price should have been significantly lower. The lobby was not very clean, though the room itself was acceptable.

The staff and the nice breakfast that was included. The only thing was the shuttle as my sister took the unicity cab like instructed but was charged $8.00 when she arrived at the Days Inn. The driver did not help her with her suitcase into the hotel as she has mobility issues. I was told customer did not have to pay for shuttle your hotel.
