Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, they appear to love their jobs, pet friendly, quality dog treat and toy provided at check in, spacious and clean dog walking area beside hotel with poop bags/ can available. The touches for kids were really nice. The selfie wall, rubber ducky, pool area and googly eyes to find were Much enjoyed by our 8 year old. Excellent breakfast and very clean and new property. Trains are a bit noisy.

Hi, my family and I stayed at this hotel because we folllwed the other reviews, which seemed that it was a nice hotel to stay at. We were placed on the main floor which i thought was awesome. We were in our room only to drop off our luggage and had to leave until we got back at 11p.m. we normally push the beds together because we have 6 year olds and want to keep them in the middle so they don't roll off the bed. Around 1 a.m. my wife complained of getting bit. She had 3 bite marks on her left hand. We found 3 little red bugs on her pillow. I squished them. And we searched the linen for more. We couldn't find anything else till my wife spotted a bed bug crawling out from under the base boards. It was a 3rd the size of a lady bug. I managed to put it in a tissue. I immediately took it to the front desk where the worker kinda didn't believe me till he saw it. He then proceeded to squish it aggressively. I of course wanted my family to be removed from the room. They said we could move to the 4th floor. We had no choice but to stay in the hotel as it was now 2 in the morning. I got my family to switch rooms. My children were grossed out and now scared. It was a horrible night and really hard to get back to sleep. We had to look through all the linen but till we figured it was clear. Its now 3 am in the morning and we were so tired. Next i couldnt go to sleep as we could hear the train brakes all night long. A main loading area about a km away. We will not be back ever again!

Overall, the hotel is clean and smells good. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, except that the lady at the front desk needs to be more welcoming and friendly.

Great stay for the family

Stayed in the jungle themed room with the small kitchenette. It was perfect, kid enjoyed the room and the pool. Daily breakfast was a hit too.
