Easy access to parks. Room was about what we expected. Very clean though. Wasn't a fan of the beds but maybe that's just me. Great for accessing assiniboine park though, like a 10 minute walk to it. Worked very well for accessing the great outdoors comedy festival.

Choose for price and location both of which were great. There is a liquor store adjacent so at night there is noise from liquor store regulars. Other then that everything was good.

Overall stay was good. AC was not a bit cold and the toilet bowl keep on flushing.. but everything went well and thw breakfast was good..

Property needs a makeover
There is no elevator so, if you have issues with stairs, get a first floor room. They have a bar with loud music playing until 2am on the night i checked in. The room AC untis have no thermostats so you have two choices: on or off. The Wifi worked in the restaurant, but not in my room. The toilet pipes made a loud noise after each flush. On the positive side, they give you two free half-liter bottles of water each day, the complimentary breakfast is cooked to order (excellent coffee!), and the waitress in the restaurant is very nice and helpful.

Comfortable bed, newer carpet and clean. Air conditioner filter was clogged so i cleaned it. Air conditioner power is controlled by unmarked switch on wall which took me a few minutes to figure out why the ac wasn't working. Need to stand on chair to access AC which will be difficult for people with bad knees. Free breakfast is quite good and filling. Bar and vlts on premises with occasional live bands. Found a hat behind the bed while plugging in my laptop. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
