I stayed with the smell of sewage in the bathroom for all 5 nights. We asked for improvement, but it didn't get better. Room cleaning only changes towels and spreads blankets, but does not clean bed sheets or floors.

The hotel is almost brand new, everything about the room I stayed in was so comfortable. All staff were very nice and helpful. João and Sarah at reception were quite knowledgeable about their city...just ask and they will answer, if they didn't know, they would find the answer. I would highly recommend others to stay there when visiting Lisboà but with warning that it could get pretty loud and noisy outside since they are located right where the the action is into late at night.

Really good location, service, breakfast, room.
Staff was amazing and helpful, breakfast was diverse and good, location is center of everything, room is clean, vintage building of 500 years old but kept in good condition.

The position of our room in the property was not the easiest to get to with heavy luggage, but that aside everything else was perfect. Very friendly staff, lovely room, great breakfast, and a terrific location for visiting Porto old town. Thoroughly recommended.

It was a gorgeous place right where you want to be! We had the family room which was beautiful and had 3 queen sized beds and 2 bathroom. Perfect for traveling wit( 2 young adults!
