This is a real family house in the centre of Porto. It has five bedrooms, three of them with double beds, one with a single bed, and the last one with two single beds. High-quality hotel sheets will be available for free.
There is also a dining room, but we recommend the private outdoor patio for enjoying group meals, weather permitting. You won't want to miss this fantastic spot.
The fully equipped kitchen will be a great help when preparing a delicious meal: the stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine are at your disposal!
The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The house is located in a lively area near busy roads and above restaurants, so some noise may be heard at times.
I wish you an excellent stay!
Guests have access to the entire property!

You can walk to Batalha Square and Santa Catarina Street (500 m away), the traditional BolhĂŁo Market, Aliados Avenue, or the Cathedral.
Also, the fantastic Funicular dos Guindais (a funicular opened in 1891) will be your neighbour: ideal for going down the steep hill next to the Medieval Wall, connecting Batalha to the Ribeira neighbourhood, located on the river bank. One of the highlights of this trip is the fantastic views of the Dom Luis I Bridge, the medieval city wall, and the various Port Wine Cellars located on the riverfront.
Don't miss the picturesque Escadas dos Guindais to make the same descent, where you will find the Guindalense Football Club, a bar spot famous for its city views.
During your stay at Guestready - Guindais Well House, you won't need to use transportation as it is in the city's heart!

The Gundais Well House is perfectly located in the Ribiera at the top of the stairs that lead down to the lower deck of the Ponte Luis I bridge and on to the charming waterfront. Easy walking to the bridge, the waterfront or Santa Caterina street. Amazing food, shopping and walking is all around.
The house is beautiful with thick stone walls, big bedrooms, a nice porch to sit on and a giant patio off of the lower most bedroom that is perfect for morning coffee or tea. The kitchen is well appointed and nice as well. Seven of us from two families stayed here and had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended. Bring bug spray if you are coming in the summer. It is humid and there are some mosquitos, but nothing bug spray won't counter.
This was a lovely old charming house in a great locationâlots of space and a nice garden. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the basement/garden level and has some sewage-like odor, so sleeping in that space did not work out for us. The house was otherwise very convenient but hot since no AC was available. Unfortunately, construction in the neighborhood was happening from 7 am to 6 pm on both sides of the house, and the noise levels (73bD) were stressful. Communication was ok; kitchen utensils were sparse. The value for the price was acceptable.
The property was central to all of the historic area of Porto and we walked to everything. It is literally on the steps to the Dom Luis I bridge allowing us to visit the Ribeira district of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. The property was well equipped and had a lovely courtyard. All as promised and more! Would definitely stay here again. Oh and beds were excellent.
