This charming 55 m² one-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is an ideal retreat for couples, families, or small groups of friends seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. Located on the first floor of a modern building with lift access, the property offers a welcoming space to relax and unwind.
The apartment features an open-plan living area with a cosy double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful moment outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment are also provided to make longer stays more convenient.
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, along with generous storage space to organise your belongings.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from when you arrive.
The property has private parking but is recommended for small cars only. It is no larger than a Renault Captur or something similar. To avoid damage, guests with bigger cars should park outside.

Transport connections are excellent. General Torres Metro Station is about four minutes away on foot, connecting you directly to downtown Porto and other key destinations. The upper station of the Gaia Cable Car is also within walking distance, offering a scenic ride down to the riverfront and easy access to the bustling wine district.
One of the major draws of this location is its proximity to the historic port wine cellars. Within minutes, you can walk to Sandeman, Graham’s, Ferreira, Fonseca, and several other renowned wine houses, where tours and tastings are offered daily. The area is also rich in cultural and historical landmarks. The Monastery of Serra do Pilar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, sits nearby, offering panoramic views over Porto and the Douro. Right next to it is Jardim do Morro, a hilltop park that is especially popular at sunset, drawing both locals and tourists for its stunning views of the Luís I Bridge and the city skyline.
