Welcome to my home!  Contemporary furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (40 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Rua Piedade, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do PalĂĄcio de Cristal! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the house, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.  This house is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.  The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that youâll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. The house also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.  The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.  The bathroom contains all the essentials youâll need to freshen up, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience.  Thereâs also a private balcony equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views.  The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.  Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment wasn't really clean when we arrived, and it does look better on the pictures than it does when you arrive. Many things are rusty and when you open any closet there's tons of broken gadgets in them, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It does have a cute view when there's no overcast.
