Customer service in this hotel is horrible if you need a place to stay go to Oporto hotel they offer shuttle to the airport. The rooms are better. The restaurant is amazing. And their customer service second none. I paid for this day that I didn’t use and they refuse to cancel even though I contact them in Expedia also contact them an hour and a half after I made the reservation saying that it was a mistake that I need for the night of Wednesday and not Thursday night And they still denied and left me on a chat for over an hour with nobody answering me.

The room as much larger than expected. It was a clean and so quiet. The not so great part was that there’s not much privacy for the bathroom/shower. It’s okay for a couple or single person but not a family.

2nd time staying at this hotel this year.great location one tram stop away from airport(botica) front desk staff and general staff friendly.room spotlessly clean.bed super comfy.we heard no noise on our 2 night stay.nice bar area downstairs.great breakfast choice.continental and hot choices bacon ,sausages beans and scrambled egg.this hotel deserved it's high rating.highly recommended 10/10

The rooms at the hotel are excellent. The only issue you have not solved as yet is transportation to the terminal. Easy to walk, great if not raining heavily. Taxis suggested by the hotel are ridiculous expensive for the ride. Uber and Bolt just do not reply. As it was raining, I felt trapped !

Stayed one night since it was about 10-15 walk to the airport. Good clean hotel. Quiet. All the amenities including a mini balcony to get some fresh air. One thing I couldn’t work was the TV but they have working WiFi so no bother. Breakfast was continental nothing special for the price but cheaper than airport breakfast. The hotel is good but nothing around except the airport. A couple of restaurants sparsely located near by. Good for a night or so.

Our room had no air flow to it, it was very stuffy. Luckily we could open the window but I wouldn’t want to stay there when it was hot. Very small room. Shower was moldy and leaked water out everywhere. Hotel felt dingy. We never tried the breakfast. Happy we didn’t. We would not stay there again.
