Clean, convenient with excellent location for airport and metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom lacks full privacy from the rest of the room and the shower floor was dangerously slippery when wet.

English people who are retired need more than 1 teabag they require some milk. Also, a proper cup and saucer is needed; 2 bottles of water. Hotels are expensive and the above should be the minimum. Not the maximum! 1 star for this service!

Very poor experience. Room smelled damp, had to open windows to cool down as aircon was not working - checked in late with early flight so didn't want to spend time to resolve/change room. Bathroom, mouldy, loose tap, toilet seat not attached, peeling paint. 2 flat pillows provided for double bed. Strong prison cell vibes - avoid.
