"The staff here is excellent. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and whenever I visit Virginia Beach, this is one of my favorite places to stay for four reasons: the in-room hot tubs, the beautiful sunrise views, the sunsets, and watching the dolphins and surfers. The location is also wonderful — it’s just off the main strip, so it’s much quieter and feels very safe. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff and housekeeping team have always been kind and welcoming. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. It often feels like things are wiped down quickly rather than thoroughly. You may notice a few stray hairs, floors that are still wet with a strong chemical smell, or a bit of film or grime left behind. With a little more attention to the cleaning details, this place could easily be a truly beautiful and exceptional stay."

"We have great experience even the building have certain floor under renovations. They fix our issues when we first check in very quickly which makes our whole stay very wonderful. I love they have activities for kids or adults every day in the hotel even though we do not have time to participate. Is a very nice touch, very family friendly. The pool can tell need a bit touch up but they still maintained very well. Great location! Overall everything is good and will come again! "

"This Hotel just isnt managed properly. The staff wasnt engaged with its guest at all. Clearly a punch in and punch out sort of culture. Our room was missing a shower head. When I told the staff durning checkout the staff member just looked at the "Manager". I asked them for a discount on the room since Me, my wife and my Daughter couldnt even clean up before leaving. I was told since made a reservation through Expeida that I would have to talk to them? What a joke that was. I didnt even get the courtesy of an apology. I only reserved a room, When the the sfaff wouldn't let my wife and daughter check into the room I had to call and pay for the room in full to get access to to the room. Bottom line is the hotel received the money and clearly didnt do a proper inspection of the condition of the room since they didnt know that the damn shower head was missing! I reget not putting my family in another hotel. The experience was terrible! Dont watse you money here folks. This place is nothing but a polished turd! "
