Villa Sebastiana B is a welcoming apartment located in a picturesque neighborhood of Positano. It sleeps two people. From Villa Sebastiana B you will enjoy a marvelous view of Positano and, partially, of the sea. Villa Sebastiana B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Villa Sebastiana B is located on the bottom floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going down a public walkway that includes approximately four stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sebastiana B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the coastline.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the entrance hall going down 24 steps. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of Positano through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the terrace through an external access. Mezzanine LevelBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing 12 steps. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Margherita [the owner] was a delight and walked us through the whole property during check in, and gave us some fresh orange juice upon arrival. The view and outdoor terrace was truly a dream. Location was great, everything was kept well. We will definitely keep that villa in mind for when we visit again!

A Magical Trip

The garden, view and area are amazing. We were very comfortable with a nice bed, fully functional kitchen and other appliances. The host was a very sweet, kind and responsive person. I highly recommend.

Villa Sebastiana B was very nice

Villa Sebastiana B was very nice. It was spotlessly clean, excellent condition and the terrace and garden were great places to relax and get away from the Positano May Day crowd. The view from the terrace makes up for it. The only downside was some noise from adjacent units early in the morning but this was minor. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Villa Sebastiana B is a fantastic place! We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year for three weeks instead of eleven days. Firstly, thank you for letting us to stay in your villa. We felt like being at our family home. Madam Margherita [the owner] treated us like her family members. Villa has a great location and is very quiet. A little store is around corner to get anything you need. Madam Margherita prepared for us a little bit snack with delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. There are many restaurants nearby plus delicatessen with fresh made inexpensive meals. Great place and highly recommended! Everything was perfect. Thank you Margherita and Summer In Italy! Summer In Italy is a super place to travel and all people very helpful and friendly.

What an awesome place to stay if you want to visit Positano

What an awesome place to stay if you want to visit Positano! Our host, Margherita, met us at the bus stop which is literally opposite the apartment. Her welcome and handover was awesome and she had thought of everything. Even a lovely vase of flowers from her garden. The apartment was perfect for a couple and the balcony and garden area a massive bonus. A quick walk into the centre took 10 minutes down the stairs or along the road. There is a lovely family supermarket just outside the apartment which has everything you need! Highly recommend this apartment in Positano!!

The apartment is in a perfect location. 5-10 minute walk down the hill to the beach, shops and restaurants but just far enough out of the business that it was fairly quiet. The apartment has a large private patio with a garden with fresh herbs, vegetables and lemons. Just outside our the door is a local market where you can buy wine, cheese, coffee or whatever you need. We often found ourselves picking up a bottle of wine and some snacks at the market and relaxing on the patio. This place was perfect and felt like Paradise. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Positano!

It was great to be in Villa Sebastiana B

It was great to be in Villa Sebastiana B. The perfect location, there is a bus stop in front of the house, both for internal Positano and to go to Sorrento or Amalfi. To go to the beach in Positano instead of walking the stairs there is a ride with wonderful views. The terrace outside the house is very spacious, great for breakfast, lunch, etc... Positano views are very nice, but you do not see the sea. For us, it was not a problem as all day, anywhere you go, the views are magnificent. Mrs. Margherita [the caretaker] was very friendly, we arrived late at night and left us well prepared a cold supper of waiting upon arrival. wonderful. Summer In Italy is a very professional company, gives confidence from the first moment.

The best thing about Villa Sebastiana is Margherita [the caretaker]

The best thing about Villa Sebastiana is Margherita [the caretaker]. She met us with cakes,fruit and fresh flowers in the villa. The place is beautiful full of sun and the most amazing view. It also has a garden with herbs and lemons and grapes. You can just pick the grapes of the tree for breakfast in the morning. There is a bus stop right outside the door to take you to Amalfi, Sorrento, around Positano. Beach is very close, just walk down the stairs and on the way back you can take the scenic route or take the stairs if you need the exercise. We stayed for 2 weeks. So Margherita came after one week and changed all the sheets and the towels , cleaned the villa and left more cakes. She also provided us with free internet. I can't say enough how lovely this place is. I highly recommend it. We had a bad experience in Rome with another company. The place was a dungeon, so we had to go to a hotel. We were so relieved when we saw how beautiful this place was. Great service. Thanks summer in Italy. Will definitely use again.
