This place is amazing! My husband said it was the best place he has ever stayed. The breakfast is amazing, so much variety and can be different every day. The rooms are so clean and just nice and the views, you can't beat it. This is family run and they are all great! Praiano is about a 10 min walk but not bad and they also will drive you there. I would 10/10 recommend this place and go back.

We loved every minute of our stay at the Hotel Pellegrino. Luigi and his family and staff were the most amazing hosts. The location, food (breakfast and dinner), and comfortable rooms were all above expectations. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any of the 10 hotels we stayed on this Italy vacation. They offered free transportation services all day long, amazing meals, and a stunning room! Luigi and his family truly made us feel at home and I cannot wait to come back one day.
