Tranquil Vacation for the whole family

Beautiful home in a gated community close to a marina with a great restaurant . The house is very well laid out with room for our two families. House is very well stocked and has gorgeous views of the Pend Orielle River. Getting to the water is a bit tricky but once you are in the water is divine. One week was not long enough. Could have stayed so much longer. Love being in north Idaho. As a family we have been coming up here for years and this is by far our favorite house. We will be back next year.

Nice, Quiet House. Needs some improvements.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was kind of a ways from town but we had very little noise from the neighbors. A great place to get away from it all. Good: very quiet, brand new, excellent kitchen, plenty of room, beautiful house, well designed and decorated. Could be improved: car bottomed out on driveway slab and others clearly have done the same--needs a better driveway and connection to slab; lawn had not been mowed at all this year (was mowed on last day) so grass was over a foot tall. Access to lake not really accessible--needs some kind of stairs. Using entrance gate was confusing and instructions at gate were worn off. Stairs to front door did not have a handrail, which made it difficult for older people.

Beautiful place for a family vacation

The Gorgeous Riverfront Home VRBO was a Beautiful, clean and spacious place to stay for our family reunion weekend. We fished in our boat on the river and shopped and ate dinner out in the fun town of Sandpoint.l For down time we snuggled up in the cozy couches and watched a movie. We played board games in the spacious great room. We cooked together in the well stocked kitchen. It was a wonderful stay!

Lovely Early Fall Location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the natural setting was inviting and fun (especially with access to river bank). Only downsides were a broken bathroom lock and a oven crying out for a deep cleaning. We will certainly return for a future visit.
