Beautifully situated waterfront cottage perfect for family gatherings and memorable vacations! Enjoy your own very rare private sandy beach , instagrammable sunsets, and stunning views from the waterfront deck.

** Please note we require a one-week (7-day) minimum stay for July & August **

The space
The County Beach House is the ideal location for your family holiday in Prince Edward County.

The property is situated on an escarpment overlooking the water with a staircase leading to our private sandy beach, waterfront deck & dock.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms plus a loft that can accommodate up to 8 people with one and a half bathrooms. The large dining area & breakfast bar overlook the full chefs kitchen which is stocked with all of the essentials you will need. The cottage is very spacious, cozy, and rustic.

The family room has a flat screen TV equipped with Chromecast. The games room has a second television with DVD player & mini pool table.
There is a covered, screened in deck for dining and relaxing!

Master Bedroom - one queen bed
Second Bedroom - one double bed, one single bed
Third Bedroom - one queen bed
Loft Area - one double bed

Guests have full access to the main cottage and waterfront area.

Other things to note
The County Beach House is on well water and septic system. We ask that guests be respectful of this and be conservative with water usage. Absolutely nothing except toilet paper and natural waste is to be flushed down the toilet. Everything else should be disposed of in the provided garbage containers.

We have added a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs loft bedroom for our guests comfort during the July/early August heatwaves. Please be incredibly respectful and only use if necessary. Also please keep the air condition unit off during the day. Hydro is extraordinarily expensive in the County and in rural settings like ours.

We LOVE our neighbours! Please be respectful of property lines and noise levels during your stay.
